JENNIFER N. CLOUSE

Attorney Jen Clouse assists clients with estate planning. Her practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with foundational estate planning, which includes drafting wills, revocable trusts, medical powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney, guardianship appointments, and living wills. Jen’s experience also includes drafting marital and cohabitation agreements. She also assists with the firm’s tax planning practice, where she drafts irrevocable trusts and prepares tax returns like the Form 709, U.S. Gift (and GST) Tax Return. Jen enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of thoughtful estate planning. It is important to Jen that she provides her clients with peace of mind and a harmonious estate plan that will help make things as easy as possible for their loved ones.
